He was punctual, friendly and honest. Only charged for $65 for visit, which was very reasonable. Did not pretend to be able to repair it.

Sales person was knowledgeable of various brands and differences of major appliances and was able to help us make our decision for the final purchase. He was not "high pressure" as some salesmen can be. The final price was even better than that at the big box stores. Delivery occurred as scheduled, and the two delivery men were very professional, taking good care not to cause any damage to flooring or cabinetry during removal of the old appliances and installing the new ones. They took care to be sure there were no gas leaks after the installation, and even checked the flame height of each burner on the gas range. They finished by cleaning both stainless steel appliances, and removed all packing boxes etc. Very, very pleased overall!

I woke one morning to a flooded kitchen...fridge had died an untimely and ugly death. After cleaning up, I went straight to DElMAR having already had an excellent experience with them (purchased *and installed* dishwasher, garbage disposal and a fantastic Blanco sink. They had on the floor the exact fridge I wanted as replacement...we discussed the matter, and that day, that afternoon, the new fridge was in, the old was out. that was amazing service. They are super!!!

The repairman arrived within the promised window. He was helpful in pointing out that the washing machine was missing a plate with the exact model number on it, so part replacement might be difficult for some parts. We waited for a while to see if the refrigerator might act up, but it didn't. He pointed out that he could come back under warantee within 90 days if either appliance had a subsequent problem.
