We were lucky enough to find David Alexander while looking for a new home in Delaware we were moving from NJ. We had already met 2 other agents in the area and they were not very accomodating or honest in the homes/areas we were looking. On our own search we came upon a house that was listed by David so called him direct, mind you at 8pm, at he called us right back. I connected right away to David without even meeting him.
He as the patience of a saint. He took us to see over 2 dozen homes till we finally decided to buy new construction. He was always honest in his feedback and suggestions.
Another great impression was the willingness to stop many times because I was many times looking at homes by myself with my 1 year old twins! Being an exhausted mom of twins I actually forgot to bring bottles with me and David ran to the store and saved the day!
