Charged a fee just for coming out. Did not see the fray on the cable but wanted replace other components of the garage door that was way way way overpriced.

The spring broke on our 10-year old door. They came out the same day to diagnose the problem and provided a temporary solution. Made an appointment for the permanent repair a few days later. We also had a new opener installed on another door at the same time. Everyone here was knowledgeable and helpful. They worked with my schedule and were right on time. Great company! Will absolutely continue to use them for our garage door and opener needs.

On 4th July weekend had a torsion spring break and could not open the door to get car out. Made emergency call and they responded on same day, made a temporary repair. Told us they would order the correct spring size and return, planning to replace all springs on the other 2 doors at the same time. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional!!!
