C&M built a house on the property adjoining mine in Laureltowne Development, Magnolia, DE. I discovered they started building when a large hole appeared in my yard from their digging equipment. I had to contact the County to find out who was building. Their foreman assured me they would replace my grass and leave no mud or drainage problems. When the grass seed they planted didn't grow, I contacted them and was told they did a lot of work grading and that they were done. I am now left with planting seed and growing grass at my expense.
I would advise anyone dealing with C&M to get agreenments in writing.
