The company changed from Bob Moore Realty to Myers Realty and it went downhill from there. Work overload for the manager and the maintenance team - promises broken, schedules are broken, work not done, work was done that was never authorized, billing statements with no detail on work performed. The property sitting vacant for 7 months! Never getting a clear answer when asked how the property is being advertised (I couldn't find information on the Internet). Months and months of requesting information and never getting it. One person passing the buck to another and going around in circles. The final straw has been with transferring rentals to new property managers. They won't transfer a house because now they are saying I owe them more money with no justification as to what the money is for. They are really good at getting evictions (two of the three placements) - perhaps because the qualification process is faulty! The third placement stayed all of two months and then complained because maintenance work that covered a problem but didn't fix it.
