They did a great job. My dog is not very cooperative at other places but they said they had no problem with her. I will be scheduling another appt soon.

They were excellent. They had no issues with our pet's varies foods or snacks. Just asked for a feeding schedule. We were able to take his bed. They also provided a walking service for an additional fee. Jaxson loved it.

This is one of the best kennels I have ever used. When I called to say I wanted to bring one dog home, they had the bed washed and the toys gathered by the time I arrived. When I left a message during the day when the kennel is not open for pick up, I received a return call in very short order. The kennel staff knew my dogs by name and kept me well informed about each dog while the dog was in their care. They called promptly if they had a concern about a dog or its behavior. The dog beds came home freshly washed and ready to toss onto the floor.

The kennel is located conveniently close to Dover but is tucked away in the woods. It is a quiet, peaceful setting. The kennel runs are clean, the dogs come home clean, the area around the facility is clean. This kennel has been in business for 22 years and they know what they are doing.

In 2010 I boarded three dogs at this kennel for a week and the dogs all came home acting like they had been on a wonderful vacation. I highly recommend this kennel and will definitely use their services again. Great job, Jennifer and Jim.
