They were supposed to put in seamless gutters but they only put in half gutters. The work they did was terrible and now there are leaks. For the porch, they used construction nails, and now we have ot paint over them.

They are very nice people. They get their work done on time. The price is right. They are dependable and fairly priced.

They did a very nice job and they did it in one day. The only thing that I didn’t like was that I got an estimate for $600 and he wanted the whole $600 all at once. I told him I don’t do business that way. I gave him half before he started and I gave him half when he was finished. I don’t do any business with anyone who wants all their money up front. His workers were excellent. We liked the outcome and as soon as I told him I wouldn’t give him all his money upfront, he was okay with it.

They worked hard and fast. They have a five year warranty on all work done.(Just in case anything happens to the work done,but i don't think anything will happen.) In all the work done was great and I will be sure to call Affordable Roofing for any of my outside construction needs.
