 + -1 moreThe repairs went very well and his prices are fair. He also does a little extra now and then and does not charge me. I appreciate that he does not nickle and dime you for every little thing.
Description of Work: I hired Ray's Repair and Remodeling Co. to repair an emergency bathroom leak in my Condo in Phila. Mr. Ray responded promptly to my request for help repairing a 2nd flr. bathroom leak which was running down into the 1st flr. living room ceiling. He arrived to survey the problem and then went to the local Home Depot to purchase supplies that he did not have with him at the time. The problem was a little more than a toilet leak. He was in the area a day or two later and asked if he could come by to check to make sure the problem was resolved. To my surprise, he painted the ceiling and it looks as if there was never water damage. I have used Ray's Repair and Remodeling Co. several times since then and I am always pleased with the work.
