I have been a customer of Naturalawn of America since 2000 when the franchise was operated by Joe Lieb. I was extremely pleased with Joe, his staff and the value brought by these services. My satisfaction changed in 2010 when new ownership took over.
In anticipation of selling my home, I discontinued services from Naturalawn of America in July 2013 via a telephone call to their corporate office. Throughout the next year, I received telephone solicitations from the Company to resume service at my home. Each time I declined. Employee technicians who arrived at my home to resume services were also declined.
On April 3, 2015, I found a slip in my door notifying me Naturalawn employee applicator Billy Cloyd had performed an "Early Spring Application" consisting of fertilizer and weed preventative. The notice was accompanied by a $100 invoice.. In a Registered Letter dated April 16, I informed Naturalawn of America the services recently performed at my home were unauthorized. I returned the invoice explaining their services had been cancelled a year earlier.
In November, 2015, I received a mailed invoice "Fall Fertilization" that had been performed at my previous address as we had sold and moved from the home a month earlier. The invoice totaled $200, $100 each for the April and October service. I called the Corporate office and explained to employee/receptionist, Jordan, my situation. He assured me he would speak to the owner and have the issue taken care of. Yet, bills for the unauthorized services have continued, each time followed by a call to Jordan. So far, I've seen no substantive effort on the part of franchise ownership or their staff to correct the problem. This has to stop.
This is the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with.

Their prices are competitive and their quality is very good. I will use them again and
recommend them to friends. Sometimes they do not answer their phone and you have
to leave a message, but they call back promptly.
