Lumber Liquidators have a good price, they were very knowledgeable about the flooring, and they were incredibly friendly. The only thing I didn't like they coordinate with an installer that the install time kept getting pushed back, when they did the install they did an excellent job.

They did it all in one day, it took them about 12 hours. They resurfaced the bottom part too because the wood underneath was in bad shape. We had all the furniture removed to make the job easier for them. The wood had to be exposed to the environment of the house for a few days first and then they came and installed it. They were friendly and their prices were correct. I did have additional flooring by the end and as the boxes were not used, I was able to return them.

They worked hard to get it done in time. It was a good experience.

Needed new flooring for a new kitchen. Was told by my contractor not to use lumberliquidator.I was so impressed with advertisement I didn't follow my contractors warning.Selected a Brazilian cherry bellawood.they didn't have it in stock and claimed they couldn't get it for several weeks.The sales lady made and alternative suggestion. She claimed it was same quality just didn't have the same warranty as Bellawood.The quality of the wood was terrible! My contractor called me to tell me that most of the wood in the boxes weren't even usable.We needed to purchase 2 additional boxes in order to find suitable pieces.Lumber liquidators policy is not to take back or no returns once box is open.
DONT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY THEY DONOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND PRODUCT QUALITY IS VERY POOR!!!! They have no problem selling garbage!
