I love Home Depot. I think their prices are fair, too.

He was on time and neat. He cleaned up after himself. He was friendly and seemed professional.

They sold me the weed wacker which was the last one they had. It didn't have the twine or nothing. So I had to go to the Home Depot alongside to be traded in and they were out of it. The last week I found out that the mower went on sale for about $29 lower than what I paid for. Then I went back to them and they told me that they couldn't refund me the difference because I didn't pay sales tax. I asked them to charge me the sales tax on the $29 and they refused to do it. I was very disappointed with them as I was spending several thousands of dollars every year. It was a little expensive but they sell a couple of hundred thousand every year. They say that they are giving everybody the lowest prices they can possibly give but I don't agree with that.

I showed my military ID card to try to get their 10% discount and the cashier wouldn't accept it. Period. There's only two forms of military ID they accept, active duty ID, or disabled veteran ID from the VA. Why do they offer a military discount, if they want to hassle you to give it to you? No wonder stores are going out of business. I would advise military people to stay away from this store. What about honoring retired or honorably discharged vets like Lowe's does?

Why do they put the military people through a hassle for a lousy 10% which usually amount to $5 to $15. The cashier said people were cheating. Like the entire army has showed up for their discount? Why don't they do the military a favor and just drop it, we were hassled enough by the enemy.

They were great. I would use them in the future.

We were originally told that we could hire the sub contractor for the removal of the counters however after talking to the sub contractor that was not the case and we had to hire others to do that part of the job.

They delivered as promised. The workmanship was good and they were cooperative with the requests that I had. They had a sale so the timing worked out well for me.

They were very professional and pretty easy to work with. There was something wrong with the door so we have to get a replacement. The guys that came were very friendly.

THE HOME DEPOT PRICE PACKAGE INCLUDED DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION AND WAS BETTER THAN OTHER COMPANIES THAT I CHECKED. THE SALESPERSON WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS. UNFORTUNATELY, THE SAME CANNOT BE SAID FOR THE SUB-CONTRACTOR THAT DELIVERED AND INSTALLED THE APPLIANCES. THEY HANDLED THE JOB VERY ROUGHLY, SLAMMING INTO WALLS, KNOCKING THINGS OVER, AND OVERALL, SHOWING NO RESPECT WHATSOEVER FOR MY HOME. I AM DISAPPOINTED THAT HOME DEPOT DOES NOT SCREEN THEIR SUBS BETTER TO ENSURE PROFESSIONAL RESULTS.

THE WORK WAS REASONABLY PRICED, AND THE WORKERS WERE COURTEOUS AND PROMPT. I DID FIND THAT THEY MISCALCULATED IN CUTTING THE TRIM AND TRIED A QUICK FIX BUT WHEN I ASKED THEM TO CUT ANOTHER PIECE THAT WAS THE CORRECT SIZE THEY DID SO WITHOUT COMPLAINT.

THE GENTLEMAN THAT INSTALLED MY CARPET WAS VERY GOOD AND CLEANED EVERYTHING UP
