My experience has always been positive. During cold and flu season you will obviously have to wait a while. Other than that they've been very nice. Everytime I've been in there I see a different physician. I've only been there 3 times in the span of 3 years. I had a sinus infection that would not clear up so I ended up having to go to my personal physician because I had to wait long. But I will use them when needed.
