FAMILY HEATING & AIR COND

We chose them because they put one in our house 20 years before. We later found out that he put it in wrong the first time. I called the department of revenue and the Mr. Kersher does possess a business license. Then I called department of professional regulations and they could not locate a license for heating and air conditioning. The owner refused to provide us with proper documentation as to all the work that was done. We are on compressor number 5 since December. They keep blowing up. The tech told us that they are no longer going to put money in a hole and that they were done with us. I would not recommend him to anyone.
Update, as of February 2013, I have been informed by division of Proffessional regulations that Family Heating only holds a State of Delaware bussiness license and is not allowed to do heating/ac work unless they hire a licensed plumber or heating employee to do the work. On a sad note, Mr. kersher has passed away and his family continues to do business under the same State of Delaware license with unlicensed workers as their employees.
