+ -1 moreFred and his team have been THE BEST decision I made when we switched to them 3 years ago. His price on replacing out entire unit (which went out while we were on vacation and discovered when we opened our door to an oven) was FAIR, QUICK and completed with URGENCY to ensure our comfort and happiness. Since then, they have serviced my unit (always clean) and as of recent, upgraded us to a digital thermostat that we can control/program via an APP or hands on. Give them a call and you won't be disappointed.

+ -1 moreThey put in a good system. I haven't had to call him so I don't really have an aswer for that. They came and they did what they were supposed to do. It works. I have never dealt with them. I would call him if I have a problem.

+ -1 moreReturned from trip to Florida to discover the 29 year old heat system was not working for the first floor of our home. Called them Monday morning. Mr. Ellingsworth the Owner examined and provided a quote that afternoon. New system installed Wed. including gas furnace, heat pump with gas back-up and exterior heat pump/AC unit. We are quite comfortable now.
Description of Work: Installed new heating and air conditioning system for first floor.

+ -1 moreEastern Shore Energy installed the heating system in my house, now 16 months old, and refuses to service the system which broke on 4/16/14 and is covered under a parts warranty. The reason for denial of service is because my brother filed a lawsuit against their receptionist. Even after contacting the business again, I was refused service by the owner and told to call a local business down the street. At that point, the business would do nothing further for me, even though my heater was under a parts warranty. My brother suing their employee has nothing to do with my heater and if they were going to deny me service, it should have been at the initial install, not the service appointment. Eventually my builder came to an amicable resolution of having the parts warranty transfered to another vendor. At this point, I am happy with that resolution because their business is incompetent in my book anyway, hence my heater breaking at 16 months old.
Description of Work: Refused to service my heater after purchasing the unit through my builder which had a contract with them. The refusal for service was because my brother sued their receptionist. BEWARE of this company!
