His name was Kevin M Donovan and he is a general handyman. His crew knew how to do the work. The work took longer than they thought and they wanted to get away so they were not as concerned about doing the job correctly at the end. They wanted to finish and get out of here so the quality was not as keen as when they started. I would recommend being clear with the bottom line price because at the end, they kept saying that they bought this and that. I had a contract stating what it would cost and there was nothing mentioning any add-ons. I didn't end up happy.
