The service here is always excellent and the owners and staff are friendly and knowledgable. Everyone there is patient with those of us who need to see EVERYTHING before making a decision. It's a very warm and welcoming place. I had loose opals that were made into pendants. I had no idea what to look for, but was guided by the owners and they turned out beautifully. I also had some very old pearls restrung, and they're like new. Michael Gallagher appraised a couple of items and I have the appraisals on paper, all very professionally done. Prices in the store are reasonable for the quality of the jewelry, and the selection is extensive with options at various price points.  They carry a large assortment of Trollbeads and several other well-known lines. It's a family owned business and the owners are supportive of the community.
