Techs and Doctor were incredibly kind to my dog. I have Rottweilers and some previous Veterinarians have treated my dogs as aggressive, even though they aren't.

Overall I think the value was good considering I had the exam, three different immunizations, herat worm testing and internal parasite testing. I moved to this office since they were cheapre than the previous vet that I used and for the past five years my wife and I have been very pleased with their service.

Dr. Michelle Crosier and her staff are nice and wonderful! They are very good to animals.

Coco has been to the Lums Pond animal hospital many times . Each time was great . He was brought in as a emergency dog attach and was handled quickly and he healed as expected .

We use Lums Pond as our main Vet for our 2 dogs and 2 cats. They are
wonderful with our pets and we trust them completely. The hospital is
clean and friendly. They also do pet grooming and we've had our dogs
bathed there and they do an excellent job. We also had our animals
boarded for a week while we were on vacation and I felt assured that
they were well cared for.

I have taken my dogs to Lums Pond for over 10 yrs. Two dogs have had their ACL repaired. We have 4 dogs and they have all been groomed and boarded. The staff treat each dog like their own. I have used different vets in the practice and have found each one to be qualified and very caring. Hands down the best and I have had dogs for over 30 yrs.

Lums Pond Animal Hospital is the only place I will EVER take my animals to again. From the time you walk in the door until the time you leave, the Customer Service is second to none. If you are a new customer, your pets name is written on a chalk board saying welcome, the waiting room is spacious so you don't have animals growling at each other, I've never had to wait long before being escorted to a clean, well maintained examination room, the assistant comes in promptly to take down any problems or miscellaneous information, the Vet comes in timely and checks your pet out thoroughly, you go out and your bill is printed out - they take all kinds of credit cards, which is nice and you are on your way!
Now, what I didn't mention; the staff are the most caring, considerate people you will find. My interaction with one vet in particular, Dr. Crosier, meant the world to me. There were a couple situations where she personally went above and beyond for my pets and personally communicated with me to follow up. The whole staff really cares about the animals, as well as the clients by going out of their way to make sure you are treated as an individual, as well as a valued patron.
The Boarding facilities are nice and they have large kennels to accommodate my two dogs. I feel assured knowing my vet is on site in case there is an emergency (which my vet even offered to look in on one of my elderly dogs when she was there), and I even had one of my dogs groomed during her stay also. She was a pain, but they got through it! They will give meds, and accommodate your animal any way they possibly can.
I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Lums Pond Animal Hospital. I wish my own Dr.'s office was run with the excellent Customer Service, efficiency and caring that you receive when you have an appointment!

Only issue the wait to schedule appointment can be long especially in the summer.

His wound was treated, and he got shots- and I found the price to be very reasonable. Will definitely bring our cats to them from now on.

The experience was very good. They are just very personable and professional. They take good care of our dog. I also board my dog there. I think their price is a little high but I am happy with their service and the way they treat my dog, so I would not mind to pay a little bit more.

I think they're very personable. They are all very friendly when I go there. I feel like they enjoy seeing the dogs. I have been to some vets that act like a business. Those vets don't enjoy the animals. This vet is very friendly, and they enjoy the dogs.
