Horrible and a long story. Suffice to say, that we are in the process of hiring another contractor to finish the work. Currently, they are refusing to provide us with basic information regarding the subcontractors that worked on the house. This information is vital to ensuring that the subs were paid and to the completion of the project.

The Dreamwork husband and wife team were a pleasure to work with.  Very nice people.  Christine runs the business end and helps Dave when needed.  Love a chick that can wield power tools! Dave is a master carpenter.  His work is excellent and really cares about doing the job right. 
Dave also made us a new fire place mantel.  Beautiful!
We will be using Dreamwork HI for future home improvements.

Dave and Christine did an excellent job remodeling our bathroom.  Their price was reasonable and there were only a few cost corrections due to unforeseen issues. We contracted with them mainly for labor, as we purchased the cabinetry, fixtures and tiles ourselves. They supplied such things as cement board and waterproof underlayments.  From beginning to end they were prompt, reliable and courteous.  At the end of each day, they cleaned up before they left.  They kept us informed of the progress and stuck with the job from beginning to end.  We are very satisfied with the end result.
