Contractor provided me with an estimate and assured me he would arrive on Tuesday night to perform work after he returned from vacation. I have my home being appraised on Friday and needed to get the work done with the date he promised. Tuesday came around and he never showed up. I called him that night and the following day leaving several messages without even a phone call. Now I cannot find anyone else to perform the work on short notice and my home will now be appraised with a 4 foot hole in the wall unless I can figure out how do to it myself.
