Windows Over Washington, Realty Group

I was referred to Windows Over Washington and Patricia Okolo through a mutual friend. I had worked with a couple other realtors previously, and was hoping to find someone who would was competent, knowledgeable and not pushy. I think Ms. Okolo excelled in all these respects.
I began my search for a home focused on town-homes. Though I think she probably knew from the beginning that what I was looking for was out of my price range, she worked patiently with me to see different options. When I focused on one neighborhood in particular, where the price range seemed like a possibility but nothing was on the market, she contacted homeowners to let them know a prospective buyer was interested in their home. The gambit did not pay off, but was appreciated.
After some time looking at the town-home market, I decided that condominiums were a better bet for my price range. Patricia was extremely knowledgeable in this regard as well, and showed me several fantastic properties, one of which I almost immediately settled on.
Ms. Okolo was very helpful during the settlement process, which I'm sure was probably nothing out of the ordinary but I found to be rather stressful. She and the other agent were able to work through a host of issues successfully and to the satisfaction of parties on both sides (well, at least my side :-))
Overall, I would say it was a very positive experience. I am more than a year in my place and absolutely love it. I have since referred WOW to friends, and I would work with Patricia again for future real-estate transactions.

Overall the experience was seamless and I would use Windows Over Washington, Realty Group again.
