This company changed their tune the second a deposit was placed.  They
were unresponsive to calls, completely failed to respond to voicemails,
failed to appear to scheduled appointments without any notice or apology
and never even completed the job. 
The owner, Terry Fitzgerald, will tell you every excuse in the book for
her repeated errors and repeatedly failing to service you -- completely
wasting your time and never resolving any issues.  She proceeded to tell
me that everything is in shambles in her life and that she is under a
lot of stress, and while admitting that it has negatively and
detrimentally impacted us, she still refused to resolve the problems in a
satisfactory manner.  Clearly, she does not have the ability or
resources to get any job done well, let alone even just completing, at
bare minimum, the work she promised to do.
The "professional" installer she refers to is her very young son who
does not appear to know what he is doing.  In fact, he visibly tore the
paint off two doors, leaving us in a worst off position then when they
started the installation.  Broken and/or missing parts, missing items
that were claimed to be ordered but never delivered, a repeated failure
to show up on time and a monumental inability to complete the job --
they never even finished the installation. 
It has been months for what was supposed to be a promised "one day"
installation.  This business is disastrous and should not even be
operating.
