I contact the Company to perform the Service and they advised they no longer have a contract with Angie's list and will not offer or honor the purchased service. I then contacted Angie's list who placed a refund request for me. I ended up getting an email that advised they will not offer me a refund but instead and exchange of Service. I responded that there are no services I currently wish to have through Angie's List and received another email stating that the $149 was applied as a credit and I had until 2/20 to exchange my deal but after that it expires and defaults to a $149 credit with the original company. I don't know how that would work if there are no services I currently desire thru Angie's list and the Original Company no longer works with Angie's List. This tells me use the credit on something I don't need or lose my money. I am disgusted with Angie's List at this point and will be cancelling my membership.

The manager phoned me at 9:12: P.M stating that he would be stopping by on Wednesday or Thursday. I am not sure if it was him or someone else. I do not understand how he received my phone number. Strange situation. Not a good experience.
