Architectural Service
The architect knew that the company he recommended did not have a license. The service was supposed to last only three months, but it has been going on for over eighteen months. During this time he has been billing me, even though he hasn't been dealing with the contractor. The contract said the architect was responsible for oversight. When asked to do that, he said he wasn't supposed to do that. He had information about this company that he didn't tell us about up front.
