Well Service was okay. They seem very professional. They were there when they said they were going to be there. I don't have any negative. They did show up on time.

I purchased 2 ceiling fans from Home Depot and needed to have them installed.  A church member of mine recommended Wells Services, whom I called the next day (Memorial Day holiday).  Mr. Wayne Johnson returned my call promptly (the same day) and was able come out the same day to install the fans.  He arrived punctually for the scheduled appointment, reviewed the work to be done and quoted me a reasonable price for the installation of the 2 fans.  The work was completed in a high quality and professional manner.  Despite having to cut the ceiling drywall to install the electrical wiring, very little mess was made since he used the a box to catch the dust as he cut the drywall (the little debris that did fall was cleaned up).  Mr. Johnson offered to remove his shoes after entering my home and was very courteous and respectful. During the course of our conversations i learned that Mr. Johnson is a licensed electrician with over 25 years of both commercial and residential experience. I plan to have some "pot lights" installed in the future and will be using Wells Services for that work as well.  I highly recommend Wells Services for your electrical needs.

Apparently this person was a contractor with Wellservice but did not work for the company itself. He said he had formerly worked for Comcast and was familiar with all things related to cable. Wellservice gave me a 2-hour window, and he showed up about 5 minutes after that ended. Apparently he had difficulty parking and therefore had to walk a long way. (This is not usual for our neighborhood.) He was very friendly and talkative... almost too talkative, since he was working at an hourly rate. The woman who answered the phone gave me an estimate of the time involved, the rate, and the driving fees. Based on that information the job would have cost about $160, but ended up costing $240, despite the contractor saying that the job "was much easier than he thought". The job did take longer than an hour, but that it could have been done in an hour without the long walks back to the car and the chit chat. Despite all this, the job was done quite well.

His name is Wayne Johnson. He was very responsive. He and his wife run the business. They were very polite and efficient. They did a good job. He came back once when things were not working right.

Wayne was extremely responsive and very great to deal with. He called back the same day of my initial inquiry to schedule the service, and was able to complete the work within two days of my initial call. He was very well prepared and quickly isolated the issue. He had a good stock of supplies (I needed a new switch and he had a couple options available with him which save me a trip to Home Depot and a return visit). He was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend him and will use him again as needed.

It went just as planned and Wayne did a great job. Wayne is a professional who does his job well. He also provides great advice and tips on electrical matters in general.

Wayne Johnson, the owner, had to postpone our 1st scheduled time because of a chiropractors appointment, but his wife, Tanya, called a day ahead. He was punctual for the rescheduled time (which was the same morning) and diagnosed and fixed the wiring problem within a few minutes. Wayne also noticed that the fan in the bathroom wasn't working - it had been broken so long I had forgotten about it - and fixed that at no extra charge (and replaced the light bulb in the attached socket!).

This is the 2nd time that Wayne completed a job for us, and we will continue to call him when we need electrical work. He was able to fit me in the same day that I phoned to set up the appointment, arrived on time, and completed the job beautifully in under 1 hour. His team was equally courteous and professional.

Wayne is a delight. He's a very nice, honest man who looks carefully at your project and gives you a sensible solution and a transparent estimate. He is known throughout our neighborhood for his integrity and quality work. He has done past work for me, installing lights and ceiling fans and repairing shorts.
