Sam and his team did a great job getting to my house quickly and pulling out all of the water-logged drywall and carpet after a broken pipe caused a flood in my basement. They were in and out quickly and left the appropriate equipment to dry my house out after the flood. Sam instructed me to take photos and walked me through other insurance related information. He worked everything out with the insurance company so that I didn't have to pay anything extra outside of our insurance deductible.

Due to the weather the pipes froze and caused leaks. Water Damage America Inc came as soon as I called them. The staff is friendly, professional and nice. They understood my concern and my hurry to solve the issue si they contacted the insurance which facilitate the process. The use of modern equipment allowed them to finish the job in a prompt time. I am very please with the restoration, cleanup and water extraction they performed on the affected areas. I will used them again of needed in the future.
