We are a company specializing in servicing and repairing all makes and models of commercial and residential Heating and Air conditioning P/Tac units. We service the Washington DC Metroplitan and surrounding areas. Pick up and delivery service is available for a $100.00 fee (round-trip) for 1-5 units, 6 units or more there is no pick up or delivery fee. Service Call is $125.00 of which will go towards the cost of repair should you wish for the unit to be repaired. Charges of repair will be assessed at the time of evaluation, although you may speak with our technician over the phone prior to an appointment being made. A 15% discount will be given for 5-10 units repaired at one time and a 20% discount for 11-20 units. On the larger quantity of units estimated time of repair is up to one week.
