+ 0 moreI had a bad experience with Tenleytown Lawn & Landscape and do not recommend them. The Spring Cleaning was about $1,000 more expensive than other providers in the area for the same quality of service. When it rained on the day they were to mow the lawn they pushed off mowing for a full week. Their quote for maintenance was misleading and incomplete. The owner was not helpful in resolving the invoicing issue.

+ 0 moreWe’ve used Tenleytown Lawn and landscape for many projects on our property. I’ve found the price is always competitive and the crews are polite and efficient. The foreman Olbin always keeps things running smoothly, on time and on budget. Have been very happy with them.
Description of Work: Spring cleanups, a slate stepping stone sidewalk that leads to our back yard, and a lovely fence.

Description of Work: They did an ok job but they are VERY expensive. Our big complaint with the company is that there was very poor communication from them. We had trees, shrubs and plants that looked like they were dying and no one ever discussed them with us or advised us on options for what we should do. E-mails sent took days if not weeks to get a response. For many mowing and inexpensive gardening companies I wouldn't care, but for the amount of money spent, our yard should have looked like it was professionally maintained and the communication should have been MUCH better.

+ -1 morePete showed up when we said he would. Did the estimate, and has stuck to it from the beginning. Plus he does extra jobs when requested.
Description of Work: This company has done our regular lawn maintenance for the past year. They show up on time. They take care to close our gates to protect our dogs. And they take the initiative to plant new plants without asking. If we have something we need done, I just e-mail them, and I get a prompt and courteous answer right back, and the work gets done. Pete is great!
