My brother-in-law did a group family plan so the price is 80% less than what we were paying with Verizon. I'm not happy with T-Mobile. If I could switch over, I could but my husband wants to keep the savings so we're working with them.
The calls get dropped especially on the weekends. You can't always have service, the circuits are busy. The connectivity is not always good. They are not as reliable as Verizon.

They were quick in response to credit the early termination fees and trade in credit

I have a monthly contract with them. I have been satisfied with the service and the speed of the data connection and the consistent reliability of the service.

I think they're great. I've been with them for about 9 months.

I really like it. It is a great service. Their charges are reasonable and I have never had a dropped call.

I have never been able to use my phone in my home as it is defective. I contacted them repeatedly. They finally sent me a replacement phone in October but failed to tell me I must return the other within 60 days. I returned it after 62 days and they are charging me a restocking fee of $325 for a phone that still does not work. They are threatening to send me to collections and I refuse to pay the $325.

Terrible service and product. We started with 2 "MDA smart phones" which company acknowledge "wasn't working well". We spent several batteries trying to resolve this with level 3 tech support. Company would not replace them with another model that worked well and "phone insurance" charged $300. Now the new "DASH" phones do not work and company refuses to replace or terminate contract voluntarily. Multiple attempts through tech services, phone insurance, and customer services without result. The supervisor I spoke to never even called back in "5 minutes". Worst phone mistake we had ever made.
