Ear Nose & Throat - Hearing Tests/Audiology
Very well. We were able to get an appointment within a few days and the written report was promised within a week. The audiologist explained the test results in detail. Fortunately, we were able to have the testing covered by Medicare. It is a pleasant office in a very convenient location for us.

Both my husband and I were very impressed with Ms. Ney's professionalism and her ability to explain our results in a way we could clearly understand. Fortunately, neither of us needs hearing aids at present. But if either of us does in the future, we have every confidence in Ms. Ney's ability to see us through the process involved. We would return to see her without hesitation for our evaluation, fitting and follow-through. We each highly recommend Spring Valley Hearing Center.

Ms. Ney , as a super audiologist, who, Like a tailor , finds and adjusts the right instrument for an individual's hearing . She does so with sincerity and care. I recommend her strongly.

Ear Nose & Throat - Hearing Tests/Audiology
Audiologist E. Ney preformed a hearing test to determine where I had lost hearing in both ears since my last exam. It showed my hearing ability had decreased a considerable amount since my last test. I was fitted with two new hearing aid that were made to cover my hearing loss. Ms. Ney has been my audiologist since 1989 and I have been very satisfied with her patience and care with my loss of one of our very important senses.
