We wanted to renovate the small kitchen of an apartment in a three-flat that we own near our own home.  We got three estimates and not only was Carlos Lemos' price the best of the three, but he was the only one of the three who had creative ideas, departing in several respects from what we had suggested, that maximized the use of the small space available, arranged the appliances in a way that enabled us to get additional items into the plan, and even allowed for a few luxury touches  We had a tight timetable to get the work done while the occupants were off on vacation and Carlos and his staff were able to get the most and the worst of the job done while the tenants were away, finishing up the job once the countertops arrived.  We were delighted by the workmanship and  the price, and would be pleased to use Solrac again.
