In short, it started well ...they arrived promptly. They removed some drywall and put in de-humidifiers. However, it deteriorated quickly from there. Both humidifiers broke down, I was able to fix one by rebooting it, the other one was dead. Servpro claimed to have sent a technician who never showed up, but we were billed for it. However, the reason i am writing this brief review (something i typically do not do) is the absolutely unprofessional and rude behavior by the crew leader. When he realized that another contractor would do the repairs he decided to claim that the apartment constituted a danger to its inhabitants. Our tenant informed us and we repeatedly asked the Servpro employee to stop claiming untruths and to stop bothering the tenant and report only to the building owner. When they finally picked up the de-humidifers he then handed out a questionnaire forcefully requesting a positive review. When we told him that we will not provide a review immediately he got very agitated. We called Servpro several times but they apparently took no action. In short, don't fall for the 'cute' TV commercials, this a a franchise operation and quality varies. We will not us them anymore - and there is no shortage of companies doing this kind of work.
