No work done, and he kept the crank handle, which I need back to give to the next handyman. I really hate leaving a bad review for someone, especially someone so personable and apparently very experienced--but no choice in this case.

I use them all the time. I had a carbon monoxide leak in my house and I called some people for help. Everybody gave me price of more than $2000 and t his guy did the work for $85. It was a part that was missing and fixed the park. He was a lot cheaper than the other people. I pay him first what I can pay and then later pay him the rest.
