Concrete to hold railing in place was poorly mixed and did not hold railing in place. Railing wobbled and came out of holes. Contractor did not respond to multiple requests to repair.

Terrible, the workmanship was sloppy, the price was way to high,I found the particular lock set at the local home improvement store for a fraction of what I was charged.I will never use this company again.

I HAD A SITUATION ARISE WHERE I NEEDED TO HAVE THE LOCKS RE-KEYED AND A NEW DEAD BOLT INSTALLED ON THE DOOR. THE ONLY THING THAT I WAS BUT SATISFIED WITH WAS THE PRICE. BUT THEY NEGOTIATED A FAIR PRICE WITH ME.
