They only listed my house on their website - no other real estate sites. They did absolutely NO advertising - I had to do it all myself. They did not respond to people who asked to view the property - I had 2 different couples knock on my door asking how to see my house because no one was responding to their calls to Real Property.
Real Property did not show up at TWO different open houses they scheduled - not that it mattered, since they forgot to advertise BOTH times.
And worst of all - it took me days to get them on the phone to find out what was going on. I called my property manager over and over with no response.
Once I fired them, I rented the house by myself in 3 days. Unfortunately, I wasted 6 weeks with these people - they cost me several thousand dollars in lost rent.
DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.
"Member, I am very sorry to hear about your experience with RPM. I am the new property manager, since Mid Sept 2012 My # 1 job is to keep our landlords happy and in compliance, and I wish I would have been the manager when we had you property. I know you would have had a better experience. BJ McKellar Best of luck!"
