He was extremely helpful and straight-forward, outlining all of the repairs we needed but didn't pressure us to fix everything at once, as another company who provided an estimate did. He did what we needed at this time, to stabilize the chimney, and now we know the next steps to take when we are ready.

We had some issues and he took care of it. He was prompt when he was supposed to be there. I would recommend him. He was very good. He stuck to his estimate when he had to do some extra parts.

He was cheaper than the other bids I'd gotten, which is why I chose him. He has a good personality, too.

Mr. Prince makes a point to be very professional. The price was a little higher than the estimate because he ran into problems. He was apologetic and said he'd hold to his original price but he had put more work in. We met him halfway, with a price rise from $1,867 to $2,038. The only thing I wonder about is the two screws coming through the stainless steel. See photos.
