Pet Peeps

We couldn't be happier with Pet Peeps. From the owner to the walkers, everyone is great and would not switch to another pet care service unless we moved away from the DC area. Our dog loves her walkers and my wife and I don't have to worry about anything as we know she is in good hands.

We recently moved away from the DC area, but for six years Pet Peeps provided daily dog walks and pet sitting for our dog and cat. Gus and his team were always available (even on short notice for emergencies) and always took excellent care of our fur-kids and went the extra mile. We always knew our pets were in good hands.

Gus and his team at Pet Peeps is outstanding. The level of professionalism and genuine care and concern is very refreshing in this age. I have been using Gus and his team since November 2009 when I adopted my dog Mabel Louise. His service and dedication to me and my dog is truly remarkable. I don't see him as service provider but as a true friend. I would highly recommend Gus and Pet Peeps for all of your dog walking needs and boarding.

Pet Peeps provided outstanding services. I especially liked that rather than the group dog walking so common in DC, they focus on individual walks for your pup. Super impressed and will used again when I need dog walking services.

After surviving the initial interview with Gus, the owner, who came to survey my home and meet my cat, I have happily gone off to New York and Florida for various visits secure in the knowledge that my cat was being well cared for. In recent years, I have received frequent emails with updates and even pictures of my pet. I recommend this pet sitting service very highly without reservation. They have a key to my house and I do not worry one bit.

Service has been solid throughout the years. I write this review now because Gus went above and beyond today. I realized last minute we needed cat sitting for the Thanksgiving holiday. Pet Peeps was all booked up but Gus managed to find us a sitter anyway. In addition we moved house so needed to get Gus our new keys in a hurry. He called me on his way to a doctor's appointment. Rather than have me drive all the way down to his office, he came and picked up the keys himself on his way back from the doctor's. We are so grateful!

After my accident in August I was in desperate need of a dog walker for the first time. I searched for companies that were members of NAPPS. I called and spoke with Gus who expedited the process and made it happen. The responsiveness, dependability and quality of service surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend Pet Peeps and give them an A+.
