I highly recommend using services from P and S. I needed to convert my shell of a basement into a rentable in-law suite with kitchen. I used P and S from beginning to end. Adil Saltini created the architecture plans, navigated DC housing regulations/permits, and managed the construction for me. They enlarged the stairwell, added an egress window, installed a full kitchen and washer/dryer, built closets, installed flooring, changed the HVAC, and updated the electrical. The work was timely and within budget. Most importantly Adil and his team are professionals who do quality work. I would definitely hire them again for any future projects.
