OMC Home Remodeling

OMC assured me that they where able to handle my project. What a lie. OMC had no knowledge of permits,structural or archectural reading. They almost built a three story townhouse with no foundations!!! Needless to say the problems from lack of expertise cost me big time. They consistently tried to cheat me on their invoices with pumped up prices. They had me trapped and took full advantage of it. They constantly lied, made-up ridiculous excuses and tried to get away with poor quality work, all the time. I had to quite my job and spend most of my time babysitting them.They warrantied nothing and left me hanging in the end. This is the worst company ever. Don't be a sucker like me. Their is no way this company should be on angies list.

The owner thoroughly inspected work to be done, provided a professional estimate for both jobs, and completed the work on time, as estimated. Willing to discuss estimate and make reasonable adjustments after full discussion. Furniture and belongings well protected during very dusty first job which included joist review, plastering and painting of major living areas. Cleanup very well done each day on job to enable me to use the house as comfortably as possible.
