Company is terrible at communication and has randomly stopped showing up to work on my renovations more times than I can count. This project has had so many problems including permit issues (wrong ones pulled), and what was estimated as a 6-month job is now approaching the two year mark. There is no end in sight.

We hired NVP, through a competitive bid, for a new build half-bath on 1st floor of our house and are extremely pleased with the finished product. A portion of the space was previously a coat closet. The job entailed demo to the old closet, moving the exterior door 1.5 ft to right (had to drain & move heat register too), framing the bath, overhead storage closet, and an adjacent coat closet into the space. Plumbing, electrical, etc. were all new for this job. NVP ordered/received all materials for the job, so the quote was inclusive. When working at our house all company members were very friendly, polite, and professional. The workmanship and finishes were superb. Additionally, NVP used an excellent plumber, and pulled all the permits the ensure the job was up-to-code. We have used other contractors in the past and here are some areas NVP impressed beyond expectations: -They did not cut corners (e.g., they did some extra leg work to route the sewer directly to the line under the house rather than tie into our existing stack with a barely-to-code pitch) -Responded positively to all requests and nuances encountered -At the onset Bob said he answers his phone 100% of the time, and that proved to be true. Dealing with contractors who wont call you back is frustrating. We never had that experience with NVP.

The handyman did an excellent job installing the basket exactly how I wanted it. He showed up on time and completed the work in less than 10 minutes.

Such an amazing experience! While it was a relatively small job it was clear that Jose had extensive experience and skills. He went the extra mile to add additional notches to my shelves to ensure that they would set flush against the wall. I will definitely be using NVP again in the very near future.

Quality service for smaller jobs is hard to find during a building/renovation boom. NVP fills this niche in the market. They were the first to respond to a relatively small issue (to other contractors) that was a big problem for me. I'm very satisfied with the end result.

NVP are awesome. The folks are knowledgeable, skilled and respectful. We asked them to help us repair some water damage around our large glass windows and trim. We hired them back to assist us with roof and other water damage. I would recommend the NVP team without reservation.
