This company is great. The owner was present and worked just as hard as the workers. They are fast, honest, reasonable and a reputable company. I packed what I could in boxes from my 3 bedroom townhouse and the packed the rest. They loaded the truck in no time and delivered all my belongings with no issues. They even assembled my kids bunk beds. This was the fastest and most professional moving company ive worked with. I will definitely refer this company!

Overall a positive experience. Items being moved included antique furniture, mirrors and large art pieces, which they packed well and all arrived safely. We packed dishes, linens and smaller items.
Owner and packers are experienced, professional, work quickly and quietly and are courteous to one another and to the client. Owner was on site the entire time. Nu Mind does not own large trucks and rented a 22 foot truck from Budget, which worked well.
We had a minor misunderstanding about the unpacking at the end. We planned to unpack those boxes we had packed ourselves but wanted Nu Mind Transfers to unpack all of the items they had packed so we could check for damage. Because they had another delivery further North that same day they wanted to leave but we insisted and they agreed. All was fine except for one small item, which had been loaded last on the truck. They did not offer compensation nor did we ask for it.
We recommend Nu Mind and would use them again.

The price was good and I didn’t feel like they had too many restrictions. I paid them by the hour according to how long it was going to take. So, it just was what it was. They gave me several men for that price and I liked that. They had a larger number of men for the hourly rate and they didn’t have a lot of restrictions.
