I needed a fast response so mold wouldn't grow, and they did it.

My husband took our rug to their shop in mid January to have it cleaned. The store owners were experienced and professional. They discovered that the rug also needed to be repaired on one side where the rug was coming unstitched. They asked my husband for the go-ahead but they did not give an estimate. At any rate, they did a good job cleaning and repairing the rug, but it was extremely expensive. I realize that these sorts of things are always costly, but I regret not shopping around and getting an estimate in advance, because I think that we paid too much for the services.

There was a stain on the rug and they got most of it out. Otherwise there was nothing special about them. They took normal time to clean the rug. The quality was good. I would use their services again in the future.

Nice people. Finished when they said they would. Seemed expensive, though we don't have any basis on which to compare prices.

The rugs were picked up on time. The work took exactly the amount of time that I was told it would. The rugs were not in great shape, but they are now. Nazarian Brothers did an expert job of not only repairing but restoring the rugs. Along the way. someone had sown a long fringe on one of the rugs to keep it from unraveling. Nazarian was able to remove the fringe and restore the correct edge for the rug. Holes were mended. Worn spots were restored. The rugs look awesome and I was 100% satisfied with their work.

She takes care of my rugs in my home. She also boss proofs them and stores them. She is very good at what she does. She has been doing it a long time. She is extremely trustworthy I would recommend her to anyone.
