The company had a rave review and photos on Angie's List so sent an email inquiry. Got a response back right away; set an appointment and stayed home from work to wait. They didn't show up so sent an email asking what happened; got a profuse email apology and Tim came right out that same morning, took measurements and a deposit, and we set a date for him to install the glass. As the date approached I sent an email to try to firm up a time, and got an email back saying that because Tim hadn't figured the Easter holiday into his schedule the glass wouldn't be ready and he wouldn't be able to install on the set date. Very annoying. We rescheduled for the following weekend; first he was supposed to show up on Saturday morning (didn't happen), then by 9 am Sunday morning with a phone call first (didn't happen), and finally they showed up at 11 am Sunday (hence the Ds and not Fs). However, they were very diligent, tidy and professional, and the installation looks very good.
