Mr. Appliance was my third and last attempt to repair my double ovens. They fixed a problem that even a Thermador certified repair person couldn't. Mr. Appliance technicians James and Tay diagnosed the problem and came back to make the repairs. And Ezekiel at the office was great at keeping me informed about the special-order part and the technicians' expected arrival time. FIVE STARS.
