Welcome to Marietta Inspections! We are trained, licensed and insured to provide home inspections for properties in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Your home purchase may be the largest investment you ever make, so allow us to provide essential information about your future property. We will inspect all of your home's systems, including the roof, structure, interior, exterior, plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning. Most inspections take between and two and four hours, depending on property size. In order to complete the inspection in a timely manner, please work with your real estate agent or home-seller to ensure that all utilities are on and all areas of the property are accessible for inspection. You are encouraged to participate in the inspection and ask questions relating to any aspect of the property. We will do our best to ensure you have a full understanding of any issues or necessary repairs we identify.
