I love the Magna team. Jose the lead contractor is knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile to make everything perfect and the customer happy. Their craftsmanship is superior to any contractor I have worked with in the area. They show up on time and when they say they will. They clean up their mess everyday before they leave. They have even been kind and attentive to my dog. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about them. I have had some complicated projects in an old row home, and they always problem solve on their own, and don't give me crazy holdups or excuses. They're insured and provide professional quotes via email with itemized expenses, which I like. I always feel that their pricing is fair this way. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality work that you get. They never disappear like some contractors, never give crazy excuses for not showing up, and work from 8am-5pm, sometimes even 6pm---and that is priceless.

Everything went very well. The workmen were professional, punctual and did a beautiful job in our Master Bathroom. After speaking with the Project Manager Mr JP we were sold. We had spoken to almost 5 other companies about the work. The highlight of the conversation was the features that he recommended would look nice in the house were in fact really the best ones. He also gave proper warnings about what is possible and what may not be possible, which helped set the expectations clearly.  The project manager is the single most important person in any project. He went beyond the work we contracted for and guided us though the whole process. These guys are the best at tile work. They understood our ideas and went beyond our expectations. Schluter invisible drain and edging: We wanted a modern look in the house so we chose high-end Schluter products. We were initially skeptical on whether they will be set properly but they came out beautiful. Super satisfied with the workmanship. Flooring: We wish the color of the floor was a tad lighter but are definitely enjoying the new character of the floors. All areas were worked on properly.  Baseboard and shoe molding look fantastic. We will definitely hire MAGNA again for our future needs.
