They called to confirm my move ahead of time, which in my experience, a lot of companies fail to do. I was given a 2 hour window in which the guys would arrive. And they arrived right in the middle of that, perfect. All 3 guys were very nice and worked very efficiently even in the terrible heat we were having. They are honest, dependable, and treat your home and items like they belonged to them. Also efficient, but very careful. Not one glass broken when I unpacked in the new place. They did not lag at all for a minute. I kept trying to have them sit and drink water but they kept on moving. I did load them up on cold drinks for their drive. Did I mention it was freezing cold. They win the award for having driven a moving truck farther up the back alley towards my garage than any previous truck driver had. At the end of the move, I paid exactly what I was quoted and was able to use my credit card for that and then gave a cash tip to each guy. All in all, wife and I both are happy to have used them and will use them again if the occasion arises. Long distance movers alliance were nice guys.

Shortly after completing a few questions on their website someone contacted me. They took care to find out my needs and concerns. I set an appointment of when I would be in town and Jon had a readily portfolio for me to shop from. The Saturday morning I started my search, Jon had me come into the office, I was in and out in about half an hour, but fully equipped with a rundown of what I would find at each property, price, amenities, and even local demographics. Jon came to my rescue though. He followed up with me, asked how he could help and negotiated with another apartment complex that fit my needs without compromising a thing. One thing to point out remember that you're getting what you pay for. And these guys are an excellent value. Personally, absolutely everything is in great shape and they didn't cause any damage to any walls or furniture. My experience was fantastic. I am so thankful to long distance movers alliance, they really made my move easy and stress free.

I did my research and called almost every moving company in town regarding my out of state move.  After getting many quotes, long distance movers alliance came in just slightly higher than all the rest. After seeing their competitors quotes, they were able to work with me to get the price right. I went with them because I have seen them in action with a previous employer and was always impressed with their level of customer service. My move was MUCH better than I anticipated. My coordinator was Tom and he always returned my phone calls in a timely manner. I had 3 movers that packed my entire house in one day and everything was wrapped with such care, I couldn't believe it. During my move, not a single item was damaged or broken. On the day of my move, my crew leader was Sam and his group of  movers. They started at 10am and had the entire truck packed and my car inside by 2:30pm! Sam was especially professional and nice making sure that me, my husband and kids didn't have to stress about anything. Even when we tried to pack our luggage in the car, he was offering to help us. After being so nervous about such a huge move for our family, I am so thankful we chose long distance movers alliance who did a A+ job!  I am writing this review because so often we forget to acknowledge when companies go over and above our expectations. The 4 movers showed up on the later side of the hour-long arrival time frame I had been given. At first glance, I wasn't sure I had made the best choice. None of them were very big. But they came in, I showed them what all needed to be moved, and man... those guys got to work! In less than half hour, they had moved two large dressers, two arm chairs, a TV and TV stand, kitchen table and chairs, a vanity with a large mirror (which they carefully unscrewed and wrapped), a VERY heavy sofa bed, some end tables, an armoire, etc. We headed over to my place, I showed them which rooms corresponded to the labels I had stuck on all the furniture, and in even less time they had unloaded everything, put it all exactly where I wanted it, reassembled the vanity, put the cushions back on the couch and armchairs, and... here's the best part by the time the movers were finished, it was a little over three hours, maybe 6 hours and 15 minutes. But they only charged me for 6 hours flat, whereas most places round up to the next half-hour or hour! When the movers left I just stood there looking around in amazement. Everything was where it should be. Easiest move ever, nothing was broken or scratched. These guys went above and beyond!

They were efficient and dedicated manner to getting the job done in a swift manner with care and concern for all items. These guys work hard and are personable so you trust them with your belongings. I already referred them to a friend and they felt the same way. I am so happy with the experience we had with Long Distance Movers Alliance a couple of days ago. Our 3 movers, all of them were very professional and nice. They worked quickly but carefully, and we will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family.
