We spent about $30,000 on that service. They were great, but the person that I worked with is not there anymore. They were very responsive, listened to what I wanted and were very competent. They had a good sense of style and I thought that they were really, really good.

Liz was very helpful in assisting me to identify the look I wanted. I wanted to decorate an open space, kitchen, dining and living room. We met and discuss my ideas. She then sent me samples of furniture to select from, which I did. As a result of working with her I've purchase some new things. She also provided me a floor plan for the space. She has very good taste. One of the up and coming new designers.

The process was a bit slow, but that is not my major beef. I was pleased with the carpeting, both with the quality of the carpeting and with the installation. I was a bit disappointed with the window shades. When rolled up, the material does not fold itself as it should without manual assistance each time. One cord was unraveled and I braided it myself. These are minor issues, but my biggest disappointment was that Ms. Levin did not come to our house herself for a final inspection of her work. She sent us an email but that is not quite the same. I had the feeling that the money she was making on each project was more important to her than establishing the kind of customer relationship that would make us want to use her again, or recommend her to someone else.

LIZ HAS THE ABILITY TO LISTEN TO WHAT YOU TELL HER YOU WANT, AND THEN SYNTHESIZING THAT INTO REALITY. SHE HAS A FABULOUS EYE FOR COLOR AND DESIGN, AND HAS EXCELLENT TASTE!
