Live Green Plumbers are crooks. They were assigned by my Home Warranty Company HMS. Came to replace circulatory pump, they replace the pump with another non working used pump. They charged HMS for a new pump, what I got was another broken one must have been from some other house. Never hire them, complete waste.

Live Green Plumbing is unprofessional, unreliable and irresponsible. It takes them 20-30 minutes to answer their phones, if they answer them at all. They don’t return phone calls from messages left and they don’t respond to e-mails (and I have sent them a bunch). They don’t show up for appointments and they don’t let you know when they aren’t coming. They came out and replaced my primary sump pump through American Home Shield. The primary and back-up sump pumps were right against each other when the technician finished, and I was very concerned that there was going to be a problem as a result. The technician told me not to worry about it. He assured me, I would not have a problem with it. Two or three days later, I went into my basement and heard it running constantly. I checked it out and the float was stuck in the up position because the back-up sump pump was blocking it from dropping down. I unplugged the primary sump pump and left it the way it was, so they could see that I didn’t do anything to mess up the system. They told me they couldn’t replace my battery back-up sump pump because it was not on a controller. As soon as they told me that, I ordered a controller and installed it a week or two later. I then called them again to correct the primary sump pump that was not working properly as well as the battery back-up sump pump. We scheduled an appointment for 2pm on a Friday. I left work early to meet them. About 4:30pm I called them, because I hadn’t heard from them. The technician called me back at 5pm and told me he was on his way. He asked me about the situation and I told him about the primary and that I had installed a controller for the back-up. He told me he had to call his supervisor and would call me back. He never called me back and he never showed up. I waited till 6pm for him. I then called him back and he wouldn’t answer his phone. As it turned out, Live Green Plumbing told American Home Shield (“AHS”) that my backup sump pump was not installed properly. I pointed out to AHS that they had no idea as to whether it was installed properly, because they hadn’t seen it, since I installed the new controller. They apparently wanted me to pay American Home Shield another $100 service fee, so they could collect a second fee to replace the back-up sump pump, when both sump pumps were on the original call to be repaired and/or replaced. After innumerable phone calls and e-mails, they never did come out and correct the primary sump pump. I had to start the whole process over with another plumber. When the new AHS plumber came out, they repaired/replaced both sump pumps. Furthermore, Live Green Plumbing sent me a receipt without indicating the make and model of the sump pump they installed or the one they replaced. The reason I asked for it was because I was supposed to receive a replacement sump pump of similar features, capacity, and efficiency to the one I had (per the AHS contract). I had a Zoeller M53 - 1/3 HP Cast Iron Submersible Sump Pump with a Vertical Float Switch. They installed a cheap plastic builder’s grade sump pump which was not at all comparable to the one I had (per the features). I removed it from the sump pit and looked over the entire unit to determine what make and model it was. Nowhere on it, did it indicate what it was. I called and e-mailed Live Green Plumbing numerous times about this and never did receive a corrected invoice. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE AND IRRESPONSIBLE PLUMBER, LIVE GREEN PLUMBING, LLC IS PROBABLY A GOOD CHOICE. THEY HAVE AN F RATING WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
