LEE'S FLOWER & CARD SHOP

Not well, beginning with the incorrect hospital information; his surgery (on Tuesday) was in Arlington, VA, not in DC. After calls from Lee's that the driver was unable to find the son (in the DC hospital) we corrected the hospital location only to be told by a young person that the flowers could not be delivered. We called back later and spoke to a woman who said the flowers could be delivered but there was an additional charge of $5.00. We called Wednesday and again spoke to a young person with confusion about the total amount to be charged but asked the flowers be delivered to him at his home (he had been discharged by this time). Today (Thursday) a bill was emailed showing that total payment was $21.10 for delivery and taxes but because of the confusion - which admittedly began with our delivery information - the $39.95 for the flowers was credited. Obviously this is a class establishment who puts the customer - and customer service - first. We can't recommend them highly enough!!
