Joc Painting

This is the third job that JOC Painting has done for me.  Their work has always been superlative.  Jose Orlando Cortez is a highly skilled painter and carpenter.  The crew arrived on Monday morning and immediately went to work moving furniture, covering furniture and protecting the carpeting.  They began by stripping the wallpaper.  I informed Mr. Cortez of the color of paint I wanted for the wall.  He went out and purchased all of the required paint and sealer that morning.  I was under the impression that I had to pay for the paint.  When he billed me, he informed me the paint and materials were included in his original estimate of $850.  After removing all the paper, the team primed the walls left then for the day.  The next day was snowing and frigid and they did not show.  On Wednesday, they competed all of the patching spackling and applied the first coat of paint to the walls.  Finally, on Thursday, they worked a half-day completing the second coat on all walls plus the door and window frames.  They cleaned up the job site completing the job.  Mr. Cortez and his team were most profession and courteous as they always are.  I am pleased to give them a very high recommendation.

His prices were extraordinarily competitive. His work was first class. He was wonderfully cooperative and did some additional work like stripping wallpaper in my kitchen for a nominal fee. His work is clean tidy and the crew took special measures to protect my home, furniture and belongings. He and his workers were most polite and respectful of my home and my privacy.
